NEW Chief of Police, Chief Daniel Maye

Residents and Facebook Friends. Please allow the Bogota Police Department to introduce the new Chief of Police, Chief Daniel Maye.

Chief Maye has been a member of the Police Department for over 27 years. He began his career in August 1988 as a Patrolman. He served as a Detective for 5 years and was a Sergeant for 15 years. He has held responsibility as a Traffic Officer, RDF member, liason to the Auxiliary Police, along with many other duties.

Chief Maye was officially sworn in today at a special meeting for his family, friends and co-workers. Along side him during his swearing in is his wife. Please welcome Chief Maye as the new Bogota Police Department Chief of Police.
